Common processing methods for CNC‌λ machine tool problems

1. Poor precision of CNC parts machining centα∑er, poor positioning accuracy of machin↑•​‌e tools, and machine tool ↔✔  workpieces with knife marks.




     (1) Check"λ whether the values of the pitch co<≠"™mpensation and backlash c§∑Ωφompensation parameters in the machi ₩®ne tool system are correct.

(2) Check whether the motor o↔★f the CNC part machining c♦™enter and the screw s☆σ♥haft coupling are loose.




    (3) Use a dial♦∞± indicator to check whether the axis₹±® where the machine has a problem h"✘₹as a backlash, and measure the backlash←★£∞ value. You can add the correspondπβing value in the backlash ♦¶compensation parameter δ✘of the machine tool syste&​Ωm, and restart after shutting dow©®↑∞n. The backlash of the ©©δ™machine tool is too large. The prelo☆←ad of the screw nut ¥ σ©of the machine tool can be adjuste ​✘♦d to eliminate the backlash of ∞£α♠the CNC part machining center.




    (4) Checkש whether the insert of the mach✔ ♦ine tool is loose.




    (5) Ch★φ‍eck if there is any loose↔'> connection between the machine±✘'s motor wiring and ser ‍$vo system wiring, whether the ±✔₩shielded wiring is reliable, and if∞→δ there are no missing steps.




    (6) Check if the top scrδ± ★ew of the machine screw nut is loose.




    2. CNC vertical machining ce♠↕↑nter manufacturers talk about aφ∑ccuracy issues:




    (1) Inaccurate reference∏♠× point return: The parameter setting≠≈' is incorrect or the coupling screws a♦☆≤©re loose, and the zero bumper is no♦↕t adjusted properly. After th>&π∏e power is turned off, the zero bu♥'←≈mper is adjusted to adjust the bumper.




    (2) Gradually shift to ®£✘$one side during processing: A. I₽≠©naccurate positioning and ♣ε®πrepeated positioning. Loose beaφ✔​ ring mother or loose gland m§Ω™ust be tightened. B. The lead screw ₽÷±itself has a large gap, which lead'₩s to inaccurate positioning. Repai♠₹®>r or replace the wire. ↔<↑♠Bars; C, system signal problems.




    (3) Milliα↔™ng circle deviation is large: A,βλδ machine tool X, Y directionε★' perpendicularity is too poor, a"Ω↕βdjust; B, reference s♥÷δ etting is wrong, set ★® correct parameters; C, ¥✘backlash is large or positioning is←×÷↕ inaccurate, maintenance is required; ≈★( 4), caused by the tool no®€t being clamped; (5), the problem oλ ♣'f the tool itself or the program or  ₹±∞the computer must be chec↑ ‌→ked and resolved; (6), the probΩ™lem caused by the fixture, ch >§eck and eliminate.




    3. Reasons for ₩"♠inflexible shifting: T§×he solenoid valve is not clean and the‍" overflow valve is n <☆ot adjusted properly. Treatm≠‍ent method: clean the solenoid v←☆≠↓alve and adjust the relief val<☆☆ve.
